Scam Description
The agent (Abdullah Abed) representing PTM came to my door claiming to get me a rebate from NYSEG for the building of solar farms.
When I questioned him he assured me he was not signing me up for anything, which is exactly what he did. He signed me up with a solar company ( I called the solar company to cancel and lodge a complaint) PTM is just an agency that sells for them. They canceled and sent my complaint to the manager of the company, this is why I am not naming the Solar company in this complaint.
He and his team went next door to the senior’s building and according to a friend who lives there harassed the residents when they would not talk to them,
