Scam Description
Last week at about 7:00 P.M. A man stopped at my door from Clancy Energy. I live in an apartment building. I do not have their address or phone number. He was doing a survey on electric energy. Talked about the prices FirstEnergy has been charging. He did not leave any literature or business card. I don’t see very well. I don’t know if he had a badge or was wearing a uniform. I had a feeling it was not legal. I did not sign up for anything. He stopped at my neighbors apartment also. My neighbor told him he should not be soliciting and he left. I had a feeling it might be a scam.
