Scam Description
I received a phone call from a representative that said they were from Ameren. They said I owed money for a past due account. They had my account number as well. They had all my information, including my address and the amount I owed the utility. They had me to send money through Zelle. This was a scam. I called her and she hung up several times. Her name under Zelle is Pamela *******. Her actual name is Rosario ******* was under Snapshot.
