Recording said my utilities will be turned off. I no longer have an account with them. I waited to talk to customer service. Guy sounded like from another country. A lot of noise, I asked who is this he said do you have an account with us? I replied who is this? He stated Avista, I said this doesn’t sound like avista and he hung up
