Scam Description
I booked a flight from NYC to LA in Dec 2021. A day or two before getting on the flight I got Covid. I sent them my reason for cancelling – I had symptoms and was very sick. I’ve called numerous times, send emails with a doctors letter before my flight to prove I was sick. I was told I’d get a refund but to this date they keep pushing me off and seem to have no interest in giving me my money back for a flight I never got on.
