Scam Description
This company disguises itself as a helpful third party flight booking company. They offer you a cheap price, and when you book with them they send a confirmation email and say that if there’s any problem they will call you. They never call. They don’t send you another email and they don’t actually book your tickets. They wait for you to call them back and say “Hey, where are my e-tickets?”. That’s when they inform you the tickets were unfortunately already sold by the time you booked. But they can book you new tickets for a new cheap price compared to what’s now available at the airlines! It’s all a scam. They get away with it because when you book the first time they don’t actually charge your bank anything. So no refund is needed and they blame it all on you for not noticing sooner. And now you have to buy tickets at a higher price because you thought you had your trip all taken care of.
