Scam Description
I was contacted by a The gentleman who contacted me (Mr. Michael Davis ) stated he was a Sales Director for Timeshare Sales Expert. He stated he had a buyer for a Timeshare I own. The price for the Unit was very high and enticing. (16900.00). He sent me a contract and then he called me. He then told me I would have to pay upfront $950.00 for closing costs. I told him to lower the price and have the buyer pay the closing costs. At that point he told me he would present that to the buyers and abruptly hung up the phone. He never called back.
