Scam Description
I purchased 2 flight tickets from this website and only received a confirmation email and no tickets. I called them since my flight was in 3 days and still had no tickets. The connection was terrible 3 representatives hung up on me. When I finally was able to talk to someone they said that rate wasn’t available and they were only able to book one of us on that flight. The representative said he could get me on that same flight if I paid an upgrade of $360+ (which means that there were still seats on the flight) I told him I couldn’t pay that and wouldn’t give them more money since they were already scamming me from my original purchase. I asked for them to refund my card. He stated that their sales are non-refundable and if I didn’t pay the additional money I would lose my original payment plus be charged a $50 cancelation fee. I asked for a supervisor since I was not canceling the flight they were not giving me what I booked. I was told that he would not transfer me to a supervisor because they would tell me the same thing. I kept insisting on a supervisor and he went on to say that they were very busy and declining my call. After going back and forth with the representative he hung up on me and nothing was resolved.
