Received email from elizabirdedw@gmail.com to consumer7229@gmail.com, bcc my email. Email sent 9/26 at 2:29 PM. Email reads:
Dear PURCHASER
thank you for CHOOSING Geek squad service, we are writing this email to remind you that on 26th September 2022 your geek squad annual maintenance service is expiring.
Your plan will be auto renewed and charged against your account.

AMOUNT: $354.86
ORDER NUMBER: HUNK33451T
RENEWAL date: 26th September 2022
Payment Method: auto debit

Billing team
First and foremost, the formatting in this email is inconsistent and does not read as a professional business/billing email. Secondly, the sender and recipient emails are weird. I did call the number, but someone answered but did not introduce themselves by name or title and stayed on the line for a full minute asking hello, hi, are you there before they finally hung up. When they called me back, the caller ID listed EGG HBR CITY NJ.
