Scam Description
They emailed saying we had 24 hours to request a refund or the account would be charged. Against my better judgment, I allowed them access to my computer, and now I am really nervous about them having access to social security numbers and bank numbers. I am not sure what to do next. They wanted me to open my online banking which I DID NOT do at that point I said you shouldn’t need all this and argued with them and they hung up, but because they had access to my computer, I’m very nervous. What can I do to protect myself. I will watch my account but what else should I do?
