Scam Description

Initially was called by this number and they claimed to be a “debt relief” company – the name of which is information that was flat out refused to me (as was the name of the person calling). The number was ran through multiple unmasking services, which found the number to not be “masked” or “spoofed”.
Upon calling back(had to do this multiple times) I was repeatedly told by each rep I spoke to(2 with Northern Indian accents, 1 with a Southern Indian accent, and one American male) including a supposed “manager”(American female) that the number was for “Ting Mobile Customer Service.” When calling this number however, you’re presented with a bot voice, asking if your calling for “Ting” or “Boost”.
It’s apparent to me that this may in fact be Boost/Ting mobile, however their call centers are running info phishing scams directly under the noses of the company they share a number with. This type of under the radar operation is unfortunately common place with many outsourced-to-overseas call center operations. Do NOT trust this number, as you will never know if your truly speaking to a Boost/Ting rep, or a thug working for an illegal operation in the same building (usually in the upper floors of the call center office.)
