Scam Description
This site took my money, I played a blackjack hand and the dealer gave me a card after I clicked stand. It was 18 against a dealer’s 6. Dealer had 16 and the card she gave me when I did not ask for one would have been the card that made the dealer lose. The support representative just kept quoting his script to me “our system indicated you chose to hit…. etc”. I tried to explain that there is 0 chance I am hitting an 18 against a 6 with a $100 hand. Everyone who plays blackjack knows this. I clearly clicked stand but somehow a different option was recorded. I would also like to point out that they usually ask you to confirm a hit on anything over 17 and this time they didn’t even confirm which made me clearly understand that this was an error on their part. When I told support to shove it up his ass, he suspended my account and now I can’t even withdraw the money I have in there. When I emailed them that I don’t care about the suspension, that all I want is to withdraw my money, they refused to answer me and instead logged me out of the live support chat and now I can’t even log into my account. This is straight up CRIMINAL. America’s Cardroom, Winning poker network, they have many names but the only one they should be associated with is SCAM. I don’t even want a resolution because I know the laws protect these bastards and I’m not going to court over $150 but I want them to be investigated because I checked the internet and there are dozens of people that they scam like this and because it’s under $1,000 no one ever looks at it. They need to be shut down in the USA.
