Scam Description
Found the site listed above. I filled out a request for help. I then received several emails that stated paying certain fees increased my chances for help. I made contact with the individual running the scam who goes by the name James Pino. I pointed out that his site clearly states as do his emails to me that I must pay money for a chance to get help and that is a lottery when you pay to HOPE for a reward of money. He denies that is required but I pointed out that in 2 locations it clearly says 8 chances if I pay one fee and 12 chances if I pay a bigger fee. I then asked how many chances does a non fee payer get and he sends me an email that says 4. He claims to be a NON PROFIT and what he says he has helped people with are small electric or water bills etc. He ONLY helps 1 person per month. His answers to questions regarding how much he takes in and how much he pays out goes unanswered. I have now filed with D.O.J. and well as TX Attorney Generals Office. HE emailed me for advice on how he can improve in latest email.
