Scam Description
Person claims to be from American Sweepstakes Association and that I won 3.5 million. He claimed to work for better business bureau and does the investigations for unclaimed prize winnings. He said that they have been trying to reach me for 2 months. When I called the number back no one answered and went to voicemail where it was a different voice on the greeting with a thick and heavy accent. I called the sweepstakes Association and they said that they do not give out prizes in that large of amounts. Also I attempted to locate this person from BBB but was directed to another agency whom says they don’t do anything regarding sweepstakes or with the BBB.
