Scam Description
I received a phone call from American Family Dream Sweepstakes saying I had won $743,000. My caller ID had a number out of Virginia. He said they needed to pay fees of $743. They asked for my account number, or I could send them a money order. He said he would email me an application to complete. He had an accent, maybe Ethiopian/West Indies.
