Scam Description
This person, Michael Collins said he was in charge of issuing the prize money and cars that people won from PCH. He said, they had done a thorough investigation on me and knew I was debt free and want me to verify information. Like how much I was worth, how many banks and their names. He did know everything which is wild. Also, what days you would be home and when you worked. if you lived in a safe neighborhood or had any break-ins. Strange questions. He finely hung up on me because he said if I couldn’t trust him then he was going to give the money to someone else. I told him it wasn’t legal to do that. He also, wanted my cell phone number. I told him he didn’t need it and he hung up on me. Just think, I could have been a millionaire! Even though it was only in my mind for a short time.
