Text claiming to be “Webster Winning Agency” Powerball winner of 632.6 million in Wisconsin on January 5 2022 donating $500,000 to 8 random “USA citizens.” Receiving text means you are selected and should contact “Agent in Charge Donald Alvin” with a link to phone number 442 347 996 or email google chat at dAlvin2202@gmail.com. Directs reader to text with full name in order to get the funds and contains a caveat: “I really want to remove skepticism from your mind because this award is real and 100% legitimate, if you’re not interested ignore this message.” Text is all in caps.
