Scam Description
This is the second text I’ve received concerning someone wanting to give me money from their lottery winnings. These folks gave a phone number of 509-616-3504 saying to text Manuel Franco that I had recieved the message to confirm my winnings. I immediately looked up this name and was directed to a BBB website about scansylike this then I blocked the text number and selected spam in my phone so it is reported. And then I made this report.
