Scam Description
The scammer showed photos of children (posted by supposedly verified customers in their reviews) playing with kits that were comprised of components that were much larger than those I received in the box. When I emailed the company to tell them I was disappointed in the product I received, they responded and told me that the product dimensions were clearly posted on their website: “Each stick has a length of 31 cm (12.2 Inch), and each ball has a diameter of 3,5 cm (1.3Inch).” This is correct, but that is one tiny sentence amongst hundreds of reviews and photos that show a very different product. The intent of the vendor was clearly to make the customer assume they were purchasing a full-size product, and not the product they describe in a single sentence. Even if I misunderstood what product I was ordering, I should not be under any obligation to keep the product without a refund (even if I am responsible for covering the return shipping).
