Scam Description
Made reservation over a month ago for family vacation this weekend in Miami Beach. Just got email from them today 2 days prior to arrival saying the reservation has been cancelled, with no explanation other than “software issues”. They give no communication options other than text and email, which was NOT effective. How can these BOZOS still be in business. AVOID at all cost if you don’t want a ruined vacation!!
