Scam Description
This company states that they are a Realty Company that would assist you in getting an apartment or buying a house, however, they pride themselves in creating fake W2 s and taxes as well as paystubs, bank statements and whatever other supporting documentation may be needed in order to qualify for an apartment rental. Their client based is predominately only spanish speaking individuals from the Washington and Inwoood areas of Manhattan .They also operate with non licensed individuals which try to pose as real estate agents and engage all all type of real estate businesses. My uncle had a horrible experienced when he was backed up on his rent due to financial hardships. His management company decided to take a deeper look into his initial application along with his supporting documentation. He was then asked about the information on his application and he had no clue that the realty company had submitted fake paperwork under his name . He is now dealing with a huge problem of possible eviction because of this matter. The Broker’s name of this company is Carlos Rodriguez. He is also a tax preparer which allows him to use whatever tax program he has to manufacture fake IRS forms and local government tax forms for his real estate business practices. Some one needs to alert the public about the risk they are taking when dealing with this company so that they don’t end up like my uncle ******* .
