Scam Description
I received a voicemail from someone stating they were from “Virginia Processing Unit” telling me a claim will be filed against me tomorrow by a mediation firm in Montgomery County Court. They identified my last four digits in my SSN and my first name only. On the voicemail said if I return the call by tomorrow a summons will not be sent to my “address on file” by the courts.
