Scam Description
I received a call from some guy named Mike stating that he was a court processor needing to serve paperwork on a specific day to my husband’s home and place of work and that someone over the age of 18 needed to sign for it. Our address was given out in voicemail. They stated it was from a county that my husband has no ties to nor has ever had any ties to. Given it sounds like a scam. Also several people in my husband’s family received same voicemail. Was given a court case number and different phone number to call law firm that was handling case.
