Scam Description
Received letter in mail claiming my Home Warranty was expiring. I have no home warranty. They had the bank my mortgage was through and said this was their “Final Notice” and Immediate Response Requested covering Air Condition, Hot Water Heater, Furnace, Appliances, etc. The letter was signed by a George Walker, Program Director.
