Scam Description
She was leasing a home that she was not the owner or the previous owner no longer was owner of the home. She had access to the home , I think by using her reality license to gain access to home. I believe the previous tenants were also scammed cause she stated that they were evicted for non payment. Well when she would not give me an account number to deposit the rent , I then looked up the address on the CAD. On property search and saw that the owners were the subdivision POA not her company or the owner name that she had given me. The name she had given me was the owners but no longer had ownership of the property. I then went to speak to the subdivision POA and they sent me to the POA attorney. Which he confirmed that the POA was 100% owner of the property not the previous owner or the realtor. So the money I had given to her and the owner that she claimed was a scam. She also lives in a half a million dollars home. So I know she has been doing this for. While. Since COVID when her and her husband opened up. Which I believe is no longer in business or at this time. I don’t know what is the truth anymore.
