Scam Description
I received a letter in a manila envelope addressed to my Dad. Upon opening it states we are excited to share that our practice is a part of Medicare program that gives our patients extra support from nurses and care coordinators from our partner DaVita. They are trying to get my Dad’s Medicare information and offering my Dad a kidney.
