Scam Description
The letter included my name and address, and the name of my lender. The letter assigned me a ‘Customer Id’ number. The letter expressed urgency and immediate action, to contact them to renew my ‘home warranty’ that ‘may be expiring or may have already expired’.
The letter claims: ‘Final Attempt to Notify You’ & ‘Respond By…….5/5/2023’.
