Scam Description
Received a total of 4 calls today from a person by the name of Katie – she was trying to sell me insurance because it was open enrollment season. When I called the number left on the Voice Mail – 949-610*****, I had spoken to 3 different representatives (Cooper, Joshua & Michael) all of which I had inquired to have them removed from the file. When I tried to get more information from, them such as a Tax ID # or an NPI, They would disconnect the call. Cooper specifically avoided the question by asking me if I heard anything in the background. When I asked him what does that have to do with me being removed from the call log, he stated it is to help other callers. When I refused because all I want to be is removed from the call log, he stated that Not answering his question is being selfish by not answering. As I was typing this information out, I received another call from phone # 717-483-****. I have been called a total of 7 times today by this company and it’s only lunch time.
