The phone number appeared on caller iD as Spectrum
The person had a strong accent and hard to understand
He had my husbands birthdate and asked for me to verify our spectrum account number so that he
Could lower our bill $100 per month. That it was a promotional discount.
I am not sure what he wants with this info other than to record my voice and do crimes with it.
