Scam Description

I received a text from chase bank asking if I made a purchase at Walmart for a certain amount and if this was correct press yes and if not No. I pressed no. Five minutes later I received a phone call from chase bank( the caller ID said). It was a lady asking me if I made all these charges since they noticed I was in Florida and the purchases were made in Ohio. they asked for my zip code and I gave it to them. They were able to access my mobile banking and said they canceled my debit card and they knew the last 4 # of my debit card. They also asked me for my user name and password which I did not remember the username but they were able to tell me it. And asked me if my password was **** and it wasn’t so they asked me what my last password was and I told them.
It wasn’t til they told me they were sending me a bank notification and to press yes. And when it came up it was a zelle notification asking if I wanted to send some lady $100. That’s when I hung up and they repeatedly called back.
I then called the number on my debit card and reported it. The lady who I talked to assured me that nothing had been compromised as of then. I canceled my debit card. But somehow I’m locked out if my mobile banking. As of now they didn’t get anything from me. But they have my social and other info that they could do something in the future.
