Scam Description
I inquired in receiving a service through Bonnie. She ended up having car problems and couldn’t make it the appointment, when requested a refund she stated it was non refundable and she already had the tattoo drawn up yet I didn’t approve anything nor did i sign a contract with anywhere stating the money was refundable. She never told me where the location of her shop was or did she communicate with me that there was an issue. She has done this to multiple people, where she scams them out of their money.
