Scam Description
This is the same issue I had last year. My rent is being renewed and the price is being raised. The price is not being raised to what everyone else is paying as if that was the standard rent. You’re charging people who currently live in the residency more than you charge new people who are moving in which makes absolutely no sense so at what point do you honor the current residents. I continuously write the Better Business Bureau and the Connecticut review because this makes absolutely no sense how you’re trying to charge me almost 2900 for rent but online my apartment is listed for 2200. Basically you’re saying that I need to put in a whole new application get approved so that I can pay less than what I’m currently paying which means absolutely no sense.
