Scam Description
The website is structured very much like the official government site for global entry. They overcharge significantly. Once I realized it was a third-party, I immediately contacted them via the “contact Us” link on the website. I contacted them twice. This was shortly after I completed the transaction. I also emailed them using the email address given for refunds. I can find no location information for this company and the phone number is not answered. I have received no return email, call or notification that the application was processed.
