Scam Description
Consumer Financial Protection Advocates of Utah or CFPAU (which appears to be a front for Cheryl Nunn) has threatened our company and employees that if Cheryl Nunn is not paid $14,500 for reconstruction by UDOT on UDOT’s own property, that Cheryl will publish disparaging review and defame the character of our company and employees. Cheryl has purchased the domain names of our employees and threatens and intimidates our staff stating she will ruin their reputation. Cheryl has sued UDOT in court and her claim was reviewed by the court and the judge dismissed her case, this has made her use her charitable organization as a front to further harass and bully employees and our company.
