Scam Description
We paid 50000 on a car that it was actually 30000, not only that but we waited three months to get our new vehicle, which was not the one they initially offered, on top of that we started making payments one month before we got our car and the payments were assigned to another account so It looked like a didn’t make any payments for two months, which affected my credit. Also, they lent us a car while our car was coming and sold the car without telling us, when we approach to the dealer see if they had any response on the new car, they told us we had to return the lent car pretending to give us a smaller one. When we came to another dealer to trade in the actual car for a bigger car, we were told they couldn’t take it because it was SO OVERPRICED that’s it would affect my payments on the new car because the total pay off amount was too high for the model of the car we got, which is still a 2022 (it was $18000 overpriced) and also, that according to our credit, the monthly payments we had to make were approximately $420 instead of the $720 we made for almost a year. That is going to affect our credit score. They took advantage and lie to us and now we have to carry the consequences.
