Scam Description
Received a final notice letter concerning the expiration of a home warranty secured by WA Mutual Savings Bk where we had our mortgage until 2006 (early pay off) using a correct address; however, an incorrect property id (not a King County, WA property account number). The company’s address was obtained from the presorted permit (4810) originating zip code. Only the company name and an 800 telephone number was provided. The letter did contain a registration fee voucher with no forwarding address.
