Scam Description
His name was “mark” very heavy Indian accent. He said my package was undelivered so that’s why he called. Wanted to update all my credit cards information so I could get lower annual percentages. I told him that if he was from experien he had what he needed and could just automatically grant me the lower rate without me as a courtesy. He would not “I cannot do that ma’am “ so then I asked him to remove me from his call list. He got upset, loud and said “I will not do that” I told him to stop yelling at me and reminded him that he called me and I had to yell at him to talk over him and he continued to yell saying he was not going to remove my number. I hung up the phone and tried calling it back to see what company name would answer and it is out of order…. So I blocked the number. I hope that nothing is tampered with my cards.
