Scam Description
The people who run this business do not respond to inquires whatsoever when the website PROMPTS to send inquiries on availability for certain products before purchasing. The products I wanted were in the length I had to check availability for and tried multiple forms of contact that was available. On the website, I tried a chat bot. I’ve e-mailed, left comments on both Instagram and TikTok, called the contact number available, and even tried to call through Instagram and they have blocked me on all forms of social media despite me being patient and nice as I’ve been trying to contact them about the availability of the bundles I was set to purchase for over 3 months. This business is in no way ethical and I want to protect people from them. If someone wants to buy a length that they didn’t have to inquire about, would they get their product? Would they be blocked if the order takes too long? Where’s the customer service?
