Scam Description
Ordered a Drug and Alcohol Assessment Evaluation online per my probation stipulations. The price was significantly higher than the price my probation officer told me, so I asked for a refund. I was emailed a response stating that they do not offer refunds for any reason. I logged in to the Zoom
Meeting for our scheduled appointment. The merchant never joined the meeting. I reached out to the phone number given to me via email, no answer, left voicemail. I am still logged in to the zoom meeting and it is 5 minutes until 11pm which would be the end time of the appointment.
