Scam Description
Mailer stating that a $500,000,000.00 funding program had been implemented for Citrus County, Florida. For the replacement of old windows and doors with impact windows and doors. The letter was sent by an outfit calling itself Community Care, no address, just a phone number (352-872-5020). Requesting me to call and set-up an appointment for a rep. to come to my house to assess my home for windows and doors. That the average homeowner receives $37,475 to pay for these improvements.
