Scam Description
The product was nothing as described and the company disregards any concerns but acts like they are checking into it. When asked about install instructions for the flimsy hooks that come with the product they don’t answer the question. The hooks are nothing like what they described on their website. When return information was asked for. They informed me that they had sent me the correct item and no refund can be issued. Then the product supposedly came from Portugal but when I got the item the address was a New Jersey address. This company is a straight scam.
