Scam Description
placed order and items came after they got a top review from a tech site. items did not work after installation. Contacted their site about returning product. Got emails from them for three weeks straight saying they are working on my return but they have a large volume please be patient. on 12/8/22 got a email saying they are working on sending me my product which was not my complaint I wanted to return the non working product. on 12/9/2022 received an email saying I did not respond to them so they were closing my ticket. After this I went to various sites and saw reviews where large numbers of people say they do this and that they are a scam company. they are taking money for a product that does not work then you can’t get a hold of them. Some complaints even stated they keep sending products. every day I get texts from them now at the listed number trying to get me to buy warranties and other products from them. I have not blocked their number yet because I was hoping they would respond to the return request for the product that did not work. Just hoping at this point that BBB can look at this company and the multitude of complaints and keep them from scamming others. At this point I believe my money is lost to the scam.
