Scam Description

I received an e-mail that looked legitimate from Sam’s Club. It was questions that all pertained to Sam’s Club. For answering I could pick an item for a small amount. I picked ear buds for 7.?? I received them they were cheap witch I expected. When looking at my bank account on line there was a $82.45 charge from this company as well as the charge for ear buds. I called them immediately and asked what the charge was for. They told me some monthly membership. I told them I had not agreed to any such thing. I wanted it returned immediately and they said they would return 1/2 and I said no the whole amount now. I told them I would file with my bank and they told me go ahead, it is a legitimate charge. I did then I called Sam’s Club Corporate and the lady I spoke to said file a complaint to walmartabuse.com. I did and I have heard nothing. I sent it twice. I think they would care someone is using their name and logos and preying on people. Especially when I have their name and phone number. Why would they not investigate someone reaping people off in their name????????? I am furious. I am 74 and still working. I can’t afford to lose this kind of money. I am hoping to hear from someone. I still have the e mail but can’t copy it to send you.
