Scam Description
I placed an order from this company “HomeMyS” for the amount of $2699.98 USD on August 3rd 2022. I contacted them on September 5th 2022 wishing to cancel my order because it was taking too long and I was in need of a dining table because we just recently moved and we were eating on the floor. Their website NEVER disclaimed the amount of time my order would take to be delivery, so I asked them for a refund after a month of not hearing from them.
First of all their number doesn’t even work, the operator says that the line has been disconected, so I email them, at first they responded after me insisting of my refund they told me that they will report me to their “finance team” as a right now I keep sending emails and no one has responded to me. Second, I googled their address and it is a house!!! I’m pretty sure it’s a Chinese company because their emails have chinese letters and when they responded to my emails their english is very limited. I want to raise awareness of this scammer because I went to their facebook page and many people have expressed the same situation over there. I just want my money back and aware others with my experience with this scammer.
