Scam Description
I purchased a $25 online defensive drivers’ course through this website. After completing the course, I received a message on the screen stating that the course was complete. I have submitted my personal information to this company in compliance with receiving court certified documents. I have not received any of this information by mail or email. I have called the phone numbers listed along with the merchant number listed on my bank account summary for this transaction. A womans voicemail picks up and states if the caller is calling about (lonestardriversafety) this is the wrong number. None of the contact information listed is valid. I did send an email on 10/3/22 to the address listed for customer service but haven’t received a response (Support@lonestardriversafety.com). I was not able to provide a zip code above because there is not one listed. This is an alt number found link to this company, but I get no answer it just rings and transfers to voicemail (832-887-6446).
