Scam Description
I purchased their high-end pest control, which they guaranteed for 6 months. Leo told me to give it 2-3 weeks for it to work. I gave it 5, I had more spiders and more bugs in my bed, and the bites in my bed were getting worse. I tried to call, and they never returned any of my calls. The bugs in my house were absurd. It was as if no one had sprayed with anything. I called a total of 5 times, and not once did I receive a callback. On the fourth call, I mentioned I would leave a bad review. I also mentioned you never listed the products you sprayed with, never gave me any instructions prior or after, and never discussed anything about what you were doing.
I should have known better. However, I was desperate to stop whatever it was stop biting me. I knew right away when he sprayed my sheets and did not even look at my mattress, it sent red flags. What legitimate company sprays someone’s sheets? I have another company coming out this week, and I have a list of items I must do in advance to prepare, including removing my sheets, pillows, etc. Also, all registered companies are supposed to leave the list of chemicals that they have sprayed your house with and not sign your paperwork. They do not have a valid email address either.
