Scam Description
This company picked up my car from the site of an accident at 1:30 pm on Friday September 2, 2022 and was supposed to tow my truck 8 mins down the road to the Collision Center. By 6:00 pm that evening they said they were not able to do the tow so instead they towed my truck 20 miles out of town to a fenced in yard in an industrial center. Myself and my vehicle insurance agency tried to get in touch with them several times per day for 6 days! I finally went to the fenced in area and found the tow truck driver and forced him to personally tow my truck to the Center. He had stolen my truck and stored it in this unsafe area for 6 days in order to scam my insurance company out of $1500 worth of storage fees over a holiday weekend and into the next week. The driver and several other employees from this business lied to me and said they had kept my truck to keep it safe, then they lied and said the driver was on vacation when he was not. This kept us from being able to get the completion of the work started on the truck for 6 days with no car. This company also goes by DSW Towing and Shebal Towing Group Inc.
