Scam Description
Claims to be a man named Mark Matthews with “Student Loan Support”. Tells me that their records indicate that I may be eligible for student loan forgiveness but that I never completed the ‘required documents’. Then says if I want to proceed with the application that I have to speak with them TODAY. And to call them back at ***-***-****. All of this was said over voicemail because I didn’t pick up the call. (Called from ***-***-****, voicemail from ***-***-****, provided a call-back number that was ***-***-****)
