Scam Description
I was told when calling a phone number that I had downloaded a weight loss app. I don’t recall ever doing so and wouldn’t agree to pay a subscription for it had I actually downloaded the app.
When talking to customer service, they would not give me a refund but did give me a cancellation code. I tried to resolve this twice and to see if could get legitimate help and get my money back, the second individual sounded like I woke her from a nap. This does not come across as a legit company.
