Scam Description
Called my place of work and cell phone saying that my wife defaulted on MBNA credit card of $19,655 and went to collections in Dec 2016. Firm “Process Service Division” (Hartwood & Associates of Los Angeles, CA) stated that they would email me a copy of everything and needed to agree on settlement by end of day or lawsuit, lien, and wage garnishments will be filed. Email cam with a “signnow.com” doc “link” (didn’t click) or contact “compliance@lgladminsupport.com”
